After graduating in Economics and Commerce, she began his professional career dealing with the selection and training within companies and multinationals. She collaborates with KV since 2003.

She has consolidated experience in many industrial sectors (insurance, finance, credit, manufacturing, luxury, telecommunications), providing support also in English.

Her areas of greatest specialization are related to organizational development and training services in the area of personal, relational and commercial development.
