ALESSIA PETULLÀ

After graduating inLaw and a Masters in selection and training of personnel, she began his professional career in 1999, collaborating with important companies and multinationals. She collaborates with KV since 2003.

She has consolidated experience in many industrial sectors (banking, insurance, retail distribution, luxury and fashion), providing professional support also in English. Furthermore, since 2010 she is a registered Coach with ICF and supports managers and entrepreneurs in the management and organisation of their companies.

Her areas of greatest specialization are related to organizational development services (especially on assessment center processes) and to behavioral training with particular expertise on sales networks.
