MATTEO MAJER

After graduating in Psychology and a Masters in Work and Organisations Psychology, he began his professional career, gaining experience in leading consulting companies (Towers Perrin) and holding positions of responsibility as an HR manager at business companies. He collaborates with KV since 2003.

He has consolidated experience in providing training interventions in public administrations and companies, in many industrial sectors (insurance, manufacturing, services), with a particular focus on behavioral training and outdoor training.

His areas of greatest specialization are related to the managerial area (especially on leadership paths), the commercial area and personal development.
