LUCA D’ELIA

After graduating in Philosophy, he began his career in the field of behavioural training, management and development of Human Resources. He collaborates with KV since 2007.

He has consolidated experience in delivering training interventions to important companies and organizations. Furthermore, since 2004 he has been engaged in academic teaching activity, collaborating with several university institutes, including IULM Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.

His areas of greatest specialization are related to personal development (innovative courses for contents and methodology, for example with the use of music) and the relational area.
