After graduating in Economics and Commerce in Milan, he began his professional career at Accenture in the Change Management area.
Later in Watson Wyatt, as consultant in Organizational effectiveness and then senior consultant for the Talent management practice and European Champion for HR strategy; subsequently in Towers Perrin as senior consultant in the People performance & solutions area. He founded KV in 2003.
He has gained solid experience in designing change business processes, supporting the management in the design and administration of both organisational (macro and micro) and soft variables (management training, communication, culture and environment).
Since 2009 he has been an Adjunct Professor at IUM – International University of Monaco, becoming an active part of the MBA faculty, in Masters of Luxury Goods and Services, Retail Management and Hospitality. Since 2015 he is “Adjunct Professor” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano for the Master “Luxury Goods and Services”.
His areas of greatest specialization are related to the design and implementation of training and managerial development projects, design and implementation of systems to measure performance and competencies.
