EDOARDO ERCOLI

After graduating in Psychology of Work and Organizations and a Masters in Human Resources, he began his professional career dealing with selection, evaluation and training, collaborating with various consulting companies throughout the country. He collaborates with KV since 2016.

He has consolidated experience in many industrial sectors (insurance, finance, telecommunications, pharma, manufacturing, luxury, tertiary).

His areas of greatest specialization are related to the selection and assessment of skills and to relational and behavioral training, with particular expertise on on conflict and stress management and the main managerial skills.
